RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 business days from the date of delivery with a return authorization. In order to return a product due to manufacturing defect or an error in filling the order, you can contact us at info@ampackinc.com or call us at (631) 392-2333 to request for a return authorization.
Please insert invoice number on your return request so that a proper credit can be issued. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and original boxes as shipped.
Our return authorization form will specify the dispatch location for returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you. You have the discretion to place further orders to adjust your credit or request for a refund. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days from the date of request, please contact us at info@ampackinc.com.
Once your refund has been approved due to manufacturing defect or an error in filling the order, returns shipping charges shall also be credited to your account.
